Founder + Chief Strategist Tom Perros has spent more than 20 years of his career leading strategy and analytics teams at IEG, WPP, ESP Properties, Bruin Capital, Engine Shop, and Legends. As one of the original IEG valuation analysts, Tom has helped steward, evolve and educate the marketplace in methodologies that are still deployed by brands, rightsholders, and agencies across the globe today. Tom has worked across major professional sports leagues, global properties, arts, causes, festivals, zoos, aquariums, municipalities, B2B professional associations...you get it. If you're someone who sells or buys sponsorship, there's a good chance you've crossed paths already! Tom lives in the Chicago suburb of Oak Park with his wife (Sarah) and three daughters (Chloe and twin tornadoes, Gigi and Olivia). When he's not working, he's playing or sleeping.
